One 12 inch cooked pizza shell
1/2 c. coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. coarsely grated provolone cheese
1 c. coarsely grated cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 t. salt, or to taste
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Preheat the oven to 375º F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, blend the mozzarella, provolone, and cheddar cheeses.

In a small bowl, with a fork, beat together the eggs and the heavy cream, and seasoned with the salt and the pepper. Add to the cheese mixture.

Immediately, to avoid clumping, transfer the cheese mixture to the pizza shell.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese mixture is set and beginning to brown.

Serve hot, cut into wedges.
