4 slice bacon, each cut in half
2 T cider vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T olive oil
salt and coarsely bround black pepper to taste
1 bag (9oz) cut hearts of romaine
2 c shredded skinless rotisserie chicken meat

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until browned; discard all but 1 T bacon drippings from pan, removing bacon. With wire whisk, add vinegar, Dijon, oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper to drippings in pan. Heat to boiling over med heat. Remove from heat.

Place romaine in serving bowl pour hot dressing over romaine, toss until coated, add chicken and toss until well mixed crumble bacon over salad.
