Dough:
1 c. warm milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 t. salt
4 c. flour

Filling:
1 c. brown sugar
5 T. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1/2 c. margarine (room temperature)

Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit 10 minutes or until foamy. Stir in remaining dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl and allow to rise until doubled in size.

Roll out dough into a large (~16x24) rectangle. Spread margarine over the entire rectangle. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and sprinkle over margarine. Roll up the dough starting on the short side and cut into rolls approximately 1 1/2 inches tall. Place in 9x13 pan and drizzle with melted butter. Allow to rise again, then bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.

While baking, combine the cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a mixer at medium-high speed until well blended. Spread over rolls while still slightly warm.
