Ingredients:  
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (16oz) refried beans
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 cup salsa sauce
1cup black olives - quartered
2 cans enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
12 flour tortillas
3 cups shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
sliced black olives for garnish
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in oil.
Stir in refried beans, salts, salsa and olives.
Heat until bubbly.
Heat enchilada sauce - Pour 1/2 into casserole dish.
Spoon 1/3 cup filling onto each tortilla and roll like a crepe.
Place tortillas, seam side down, into casserole.
Pour remaining sauce on top - be sure to cover tortillas.
Top with cheese - garnish with sliced black olives.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
Serve with Sour cream.
Jalapeños on top are optional.
