2 box sliced mushrooms
2 large diced onions
1/4 cup butter
31/2 cups matzo farfel
Salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 cups chicken broth, I use chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions in butter till tender using a large skillet.
Add matzo farfel and stir until lightly browned.
Add salt, pepper and paprika and stir in.
Add chicken bouillon slowly to the skillet.
Cook over low heat, stirring often until all the liquid is absorbed.
