1 pound horseradish
1 can beets
1 tsp salt
2 or 3 tbs vinegar
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel horseradish and cut into chunks. Shred in food processer.
Put shredded horseradish, beets, juice from beets, salt, vinegar and sugar in food processor and combine.
