9 hard-boiled eggs, mashed fine.
¾ stick sweet butter that is very soft.
1 pint sour cream
2 jars of red caviar
1 jar of black caviar
I onion chopped finely

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs and butter.

Grease a 9” pie plate with Pam.
Press egg mixture on bottom and sides of pie plate.
Spread sour cream on top of egg mixture.
Put in freezer for 1 hour.
Remove.

Spread on top:
2 jars of red caviar in the middle.
1 jar of black caviar around sides.
Sprinkle top with chopped onions and serve with appetizer pumpernickel slices.
