2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. each cinnamon,nutmeg, allspice
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 jar of junior prunes or 2 small jars (containers) or plums
1 cup chopped pecans
1 Tblsp. instant tea

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined then add in the chopped nuts stirring only until combined.

Pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt or tube pan.

Bake about 55 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes and then turn out onto cake plate. Cake keeps very well and may even be frozen for use later.
