Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 chicken breasts, thawed out.
(I put them in a pot, cover with water and boil them if in a hurry)
1 bag mixed veggies (carrots, beans, corn) or can add frozen broccoli too.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
(or can use 1 can cream of celery or cheddar cheese instead of one
of the cans of cream of chicken.)
1 box instant chicken/turkey dressing mix.

Directions:
Directions:
I cook the chicken breasts you can brown or boil them, then I cut into 1" size pieces, layer in bottom of 9 x 13 pan or a larger casserole dish. Then
layer mixed veggies over this, mix the soups together and pour over the chicken and veggies, mix together.

Prepare the dressing mix according to box directions. Place on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes, till dressing gets kind of crunchy and browned on top.

Personal Notes:
This is a quick supper hot dish. The prep time is the time to boil the chicken breasts, the rest is just mixing together. Makes a big pan for little money.
