Dough:
250 g cream cheese
250 g butter
250 g flour

Filling:
2 T. butter
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
80 g cream cheese
salt
pepper
Pinch of thyme

Dough:
Mix together the flour with the soft butter and cream cheese. Then refrigerate until hardened.

Filling:
Saute the onions in butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add the cream cheese and the spices. Allow to cool completely. Roll the dough like you would for a tart. Cut dough into circles, about 7 to 8 cm across. Put 1/2 teaspoon of filling in the center of dough circles. Close the dough over the filling and make an small hole on top to let steam out.
Place on a buttered baking sheet, brush the tops with egg yolk, and bake at 450ºF for 15 minutes.
