2-3 lb Roast (I like chuck roast)
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 14 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Water
4 lg Potatoes Cut up
1 16 oz Bag Baby Carrots
1 Lg Onion Cut up (do not dice you want the pieces bigger)
2 Tbs Butter

1 sm can Mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a Large roasting pan with Crisco solid. Add roast. Place potatoes, carrots and onions around meat in pan. Mix with a whisk the soups and water until well blended. Pour this over the meat and vegetables. Add your mushrooms on top of all this if using them. Put pats of butter on top. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2-2hrs
