6 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp melted margarine or butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Gram's no fail hard boiled eggs.
Cover eggs with cold water and bring to a hard boil. Cover and remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes. Cool and peel under cold water.


Mix all other ingredients together with cooked egg yolks and fill egg halves.
Can sprinkle a bit of paprika on top if desired.

Despite saying eww over the melted margarine/butter, these were very tasty when made as Gram directed. In the 'good old days' no one really worried about cholesterol.
