2 c flour
1/2 c vegetable oil or 1/2 c butter melted
1 3/4 c milk
1 T sugar or brown sugar
4 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Beat eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in bowl until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour batter into already heated Belgian waffle maker.
