2 Cups Margarine
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
4 1/2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Box Currants

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Separate dough into 3rds. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface. Cut dough with biscuit cutter, or you can use a drinking glass.
On a lightly greased electric griddle cook cookie about 3-5 min each side until lightly browned. Dust with granulated sugar.
