4 Quarts Ripe Tomatoes
4 Green Peppers (chopped)
4 Cups Onions ( chopped)
4 Red Peppers (chopped)
4 Cups Celery ( chopped)
6 tsp Salt
6 Cups Apples (chopped)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
4 Cups White Vinegar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Sm Cans Tomato Paste
4 Cups Sugar

Use your "canning pot" for this. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for TOMATO PASTE.
Cook over Medium High heat for 1/2 hr. Now add your tomato paste. Mixing it in well. Cook for another 1/2 hr. Ladle into "hot" jars. Wipe rims clean. Place a warm wet lid and rim on jars. Set aside to cool out of draft. You'll hear the lids " Pop" as they set.

**1/2 Bushel usually gives you enough tomatoes to do 2 batches**
