3 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup oat bran
1 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup raisins opt
2 T maple sugar
canola oil cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet or jelly roll pan once with cooking spray
2) Mix oatmeal, oat bran, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Spread on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 mins
3) Add cherries, raisins, and maple sugar and toss.
4) Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month
