1 quart Bing cherries (dark purple, fresh or frozen)
1 10-ounce package frozen raspberries
2-4 C fresh strawberries

2 1/2 TBSP cornstarch
1/2 C sugar
dash of salt
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice or make juice from raspberries by adding water to make 2 1/2 cups and cooking, then straining. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add to syrup and cook until thick and clear. Add lemon juice. Add fruit and chill. Serve as salad.
