2 sticks butter
1 C sugar
2 C flour
1 egg - yolk and white separated
1 jigger whiskey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond flavoring
1/4 tsp salt
cinnamon
chopped pecans
confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, egg yolk, whiskey, vanilla, almond flavoring, and salt. spread thinly on jelly roll pan - top with beaten egg white and sprinkle cinnamon and chopped nuts on top.
Cook at 325 for 35 minutes.
Cut while hot -
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
Remove from pan when cold.
