2 sticks butter
1 1/2 C sugar
3 C flour
1 egg
1 T milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add yolk of egg and milk. Sift in flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Pat thinly on 2 cookie sheets. Run white of egg over top and sprinkle chopped nuts and more cinnamon and sugar on top. Cook 45 minutes at 250 degrees. Cut hot - remove cold.
