2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
6 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 c. Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl mix sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs. In the other bowl add flour, baking soda and powder. Add buttermilk and half of flour mixture to sugar bowl. Stir well. Then add rest of flour mixture. Stir. Place batter in refrigerator to thicken, which makes the dough easier to roll out for cut out cookies.

Bake at 350 for 7 minutes or so. Watch so they don't burn.
