1/2 cup oil
4 squares chocolate (or 3/4 cup cocoa and 2 Tbsp. Crisco)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate squares, add oil. Stir into sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add to chocolate mixture and mix well. chill. Drop by teaspoon or scoop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for about 10-12 minutes. A very moist cookie.
