2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water
2 cups coarsely dice chicken
1- 3oz can chow mein noodles
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup salted cashews
1/3 c chopped onion
Dash of pepper
11 oz can mandarin oranges
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and water, blend well. Reserve 1/2 c chow mein noodles for top of casserole. Add rest of noodles to soup mixture along with chicken, celery, cashews, onions and pepper. Toss lightly and spoon into pan. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top.

Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with mandarin oranges.
