6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 t mustard
1/2 t A-1 Sauce
2 or 3 green onions
a few sprigs of parsley
3 slices cold boiled ham
1 c grated cheese
White sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs lengthwise and slip out the yolks into a bowl. Mash the yolks with the butter, A-1 sauce and mustard. Put the onions including green tops, parsley and ham through a food grinder or chop fine. Mix with the egg yolks. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with this mixture and arrange in bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Pour a rich well-seasoned white sauce over the eggs. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. May be made the day before and baked the day of serving
