1 (3 oz.) pkg raspberry Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed and sieved
2 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 qt. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sieved raspberries.
In another bowl, beat eggs, add whipping cream, dry pudding mix, sugar and vanilla. Stir into raspberry mixture. Pour into a 1 gal. ice cream freezer container; add milk and stir until blended. Freeze according to freezer manufacturer's directions. Makes 2 qts.
