6 oz. package lemon jello (not sugar free)
2 C. hot water
1 15oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the jello in the hot water. Heat the pineapple with all the juices just to a boil. Stir in the sugar and remove from the heat. Mix the pineapple mixture with the jello. Let set until heavy syrupy, but not jelled. Whip the cream. Fold the cream and the cheddar cheese into the jello. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm or overnight.
