I green Cabbage (shredded)
1 Green Pepper (seeded and sliced into thin strips)
1 Sweet Red Pepper (sseded and sliced into thin strips)
1 Onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 Carrot (grated on box grater)
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Celery Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all solid ingredients together in large non-reactive bowl (stainless steel or glass).

In a saucepan mix last six ingredients together and bring to a boil. Continue boiling for three minutes then pour over cabbage mixture. Stir to coat well.

Store in refrigerator and will keep for several days to a couple of weeks.
