1/4 c butter
12 eggs
1 1/3 c milk
1 t salt & 1/8 t pepper
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet, low heat. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; beat until smooth and well blended. Pour into skillet and stir from outside edge toward center, to allow uncooked egg in center to flow to outer edge of skillet.
Stir until all eggs are cooked and the mixture has a creamy appearance.
Eggs may be covered and kept warm for 2 hours in covered chafing dish or electric skillet set at 200 degrees.
