2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T Worchester sauce

Mix well, adding spinach last. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with bread and crackers.
