1 baguette
roma tomatoes
mozzarella cheese (fresh if available)
Pesto (see recipes in index) or use pre-made
Directions:
Directions:
Cut the baguette into thin slices and lay on a cookie sheet. Spread the pesto on the slices and top with mozzarella (grated if not using fresh) otherwise sliced than add tomato slices. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted.
