1/4 t. PEPPER
2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
8 C. CHOPPED BROCCOLI
3 LGE. POTATOES
1 LGE ONION
1 3/4 C. MILK
1/4 C. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Directions:
MIX BROTH, PEPPER, GARLIC, BROCCOLI, POTATOES AND ONION IN SAUCEPAN AND HEAT TO A BOIL. COVER AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT
15 MIN. OR UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER.
REMOVE FROM HEAT.

BLEND BROTH IN BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL SMOOTH. REMOVE TO PAN. STIR IN MILK AND CHEESE, HEAT.
