6 cups sliced squash (zucchini, crook neck, combo of. what ever summer squash you have)*
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 oz Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
1/2 cup margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer squash and onion 5 minutes. Mix together carrots, soup and sour cream; mix with squash mixture. Mix stuffing with melted margarine and line half on bottom of 9 x 13- inch pan, add filling and other half of stuffing on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350º.

*It is especially good with little yellow crook necks. This casserole is SO good!
