6 medium ears sweet corn, in husks
1/2 cup melted butter
2 T snipped chives
1 T sugar
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak corn in cold water, for 1 hour. In a small bowl, combine butter, chives, sugar, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Carefully peel back husks to within 1-inch of bottom; remove silks. Brush with butter mixture. Re-wrap corn in husks and secure with kitchen string.

Grill corn, uncovered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
