Russian Salad Dressing ( or Thousand Island)
Salmon Steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon skin side down in a broiling pan. Squeeze lemon over fish. Spread dressing on top and broil 10 - 15 minutes, or until fish flakes when tried w/ fork

This a quick and easy way to cook salmon...even the kids like it cooked this way.
May take longer to cook depending on the thickness of the salmon. If they're really thick, cook in a hot oven until cooked thru and then broil to really glaze the dressing on.
