large onion
2 cloves minced garlic
9 oz. ground beef
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt/pepper
1/2 tsp ea. dried oregano and sage
2 tsp tomato paste
14 oz. can of peeled tomatoes
manicotti
1 1/4 c. grated Parm. cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
chop onion, brown in oil with ground beef and garlic. Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper, herbs, and tomato paste. Leave to cool. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Crush tomatoes, heat with juice until some liquid evaporates, pre-cook manicotti. Stir 1/2 of the parmesean cheese w/ sour cream into meat. Fill shells. Pour sauce over, sprinkle with remaining parm. cheese. Top w/ dabs of butter, bake for 45 min.
