1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. creamy cottage cheese
2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. pecans (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lime and lemon gelatins and dissolve in boiling water. Cool. Stir in evaporated milk and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Put in a 2 quart mold or large pyrex dish. Chill until firm. Makes 12 servings.
