5 C fresh watermelon seeds removed
1 1/4 C sugar depending on sweetness of melon
1T lime juice

Put all ingredients into a blender and liquify. Pour into a glass or metal bowl and place in the freezer. Every 30 minutes scape edges and fold in the liquid until no liquid is left.

Very refreshing in the summer. If you don't have the time to stir as often you can drink like a slushy or let freeze and melt a little before serving then stir.
