1 lb Roast Beef (whatever is your favorite)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Place raw roast beef in covered baking dish. Mix together onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Pour mixture on top of roast and cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours until roast falls apart or tests done by inserting a fork or cutting with knife. Roast should be cooked until tender. Finished roast will have its own delicious gravy. Best served with mashed potatoes.

NOTE: Roast can taken directly from freezer or thawed. Once my husband tasted this roast with he did not want it cooked any other way
