2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
1 box strawberry jello
2/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup strawberries chopped, frozen
4 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar

Frosting
confectioners sugar
chopped frozen strawberry
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt

Combine oil, jello, hot water (let cool), add strawberries

Beat 4 egg whites until slightly stiff, gradually adding 3/4 cup sugar
Fold, don't stir

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º.
