1 can chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking until cranberries begin to pop, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, cinnamon and cumin.
Finely dice the chilies (I use 3 and no seeds, but adjust to your taste. They will mellow out considerably overnight)
Mix in chilies, remove from heat and chill overnight.
