1 cup buttermilk
4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/c bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
olive oil spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Combine bread crumbs and spices in a plastic bag.

Remove chicken from marinade and shake in bag until evenly coated. Lay chicken on lightly oil baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes. Lightly spray chicken with oil.

Bake at 400º 15-20 minutes and turn over and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until done.
