Ingredients:  
1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz)
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (about 12)
4 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb sausage
8 slices jack cheese
8 good buns

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chilies, Worcestershire sauce, crackers, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Crumble beef and sausage in and mix well. Shape into 8 patties. Grill over medium heat 5-7 minutes each side till done. Top with cheese. Grill till melted. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.
