Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pot roast (3 or so pounds)
1 large onion
1 package Italian dressing mix
1 package Ranch dressing mix
1 package brown gravy mix
1/2 c. water, or more if you want gravy
carrots and potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Sear roast. Place veggies in crockpot, then put roast on top and pour water over, then sprinkle mixes. Cook low about 6-8 hours.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I am lazy, so I usually skip the searing step. I also add plenty of extra water, because I use it for gravy. If you don't add extra, the veggies absorb all the water.
