2 cups – packed brown sugar
½ - cup butter, melted
2 T - corn syrup
2 t - cinnamon
6 - eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups - milk
1 t – vanilla
1 t – baking powder
Loaf of bread – baguettes work best

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a 9-1/2 x 13” baking dish.
Bring brown sugar, butter, milk, to a boil (or just enough to melt everything together) Let cool.
Cut bread into 1” thick pieces and place in baking dish.
Blend in balance of ingredients (except cinnamon) and pour over the bread. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight (or at least a few hours) to make sure liquid is absorbed by the bread.
Bake at 3500 for 30 to 35 minutes.
You will probably learn to adjust for the number of guests since you will be making it more than once!
