1-1/2 sticks (12 T.) butter
1-1/2 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1-1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
3 c. blackberries (or substitute)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish in oven. Whisk dry ingredients together until mixed. Add the milk and vanilla and pour over the butter in the pan. Add the berries. Bake at 350º for approximately 40 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
