"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, slightly softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. rolled oats, old fashioned or quick
2/3 c. plain m&m's
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chip

Directions:
Directions:
With a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until smooth.
Add in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour, and vanilla.
Mix in the oats. You may want to use more or less here, I really like the oats in it and a thicker dip so I added a lot. Remember that the dip will also firm up a bit in the fridge. Add the M&M's and chocolate chips.
Store in the fridge until serving.

Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Start with 1 1/2 c. of oats, and keep adding until you reach your desired thickness.
