Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef
2 eggs
4 handfulls of breadcrumbs(seasoned)
1 handfull of grated cheese(Locatelli)
1 clove of Garlic chopped fine, (or use garlic powder)
Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, pour in the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic(to your taste). Pour chopped parsley until it just about covers everything. add Salt and pepper to your taste. Mix with your hands, adding water to the mix as you go. When you have thoroughly mixed the ingredients and water, it should have a soft texture, not dry, not wet. Take a small palm full of meat, and compress it like you're making a snow ball, and roll it a bit. one pound of meet should give you anywhere from 12 to 16 meatballs, depending on the size of the ball.

In a large frying pan, pour vegetable oil until you have about a half inch of oil in the pan. over a medium flame, Heat the oil, add the meatballs, turn them so they fry consistently, and they don't burn. Take one out and cut it open to make sure it is cooked thru, then remove the balls.

Eat them as they are, or add them to your favorite gravy(or sauce as you may call it)
