2 T. flour
1 c. milk
yolks of 2 eggs

This makes 1st part

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 T. butter in skillet and brown. Then add 1 c. brown sugar and 4 T. milk. Let cook 5 minutes then add 1st part listed above and cook until thick.
(I have done finally thickening in the microwave, something Grandma never would have done).

When thick place in your cooked pie shell.

Meringue:
2 whites
pinch of salt
2 T. sugar
Blend sugar in slowly. Beat till Stiff.
Bake in a 375 degree oven . Watch closely.
