7-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
4 T yeast
1/4 cup honey
3-1/2 cup warm water
1 T salt
1/2 cup corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and honey with warm water. Add oil, salt and half the flour. Mix, and add the other half flour. Divide into 2 portions; put into oiled bread pans. Place in cold oven. Heat to 140º to raise 12-15 mins. Turn oven to 375º and bake for 35 mins. Makes: 2 loaves

Variation: Add 3 T cinnamon and 1 cup raisins with first addition of flour for Cinnamon Bread.
