8 oz cream cheese softened
18 oz can pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger

Ginger snap cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese till smooth. Beat in pumpkin mix. Add spices & sugar. Chill. Serve cold. Serve with gingersnaps for dipping. Be sure the dip stays frosty cold. May want to put in a bowl inside another bowl full of ice.
