5 large chicken breast
1 small bag carrots
1 stock celery
1 family size can Cream of Chicken
2 cans Cream of Potato
2 cans peas
2 cans corn
3 boxes pie crust (with 2 pie crust in each) (or you can make homemade pie crust if you have time)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until cooked fully then chop into bite size pieces.

Cut up carrots and celery and steam until soft to chew.

Mix diced chicken, steamed carrots and celery, peas, corn, cream of chicken and cream of potato into a large mixing bowl and stir all together.

Spray 9 x 13 with nonstick spray and lay out three pie crust, spoon in filling and then cover with other three pie crust. Pinch edges together and poke steam holes in the center.

Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
